Tree Risk Assessment Sample

Planned Forest Solutions was retained to evaluate a Norway maple for a client in River Forest, Illinois. in 2017. The homeowner was planning to sell the property, and was concerned about the health and safety of the trees. We performed an ANSI A300 Level 3 Risk Assessment to evaluate risk inherent in the tree and develop management recommendations. The report below summarizes our findings and recommendations. This assessment allowed the homeowner t o make an informed decision on how to manage the tree.
